The Challenge
LifeMed Institute strives to revolutionize the face of wellness and preventive medicine, believing that it’s too late to start taking care of the body at the moment a health issue occurs. Their tag line is: Live Stronger. Live Healthier. Live Better.
The challenge they initially faced was how to communicate this to more people: While their organic click-through rate was high, they wanted a way to deal more effectively with the many queries their customer service has to deal with.
A second, linked, challenge became clear during the course of our initial discussions with them: They were not happy with their blogging company and the absence of any SEO strategy that would help them effectively market to their target audience and rank higher in the search engines.
Our Approach
In June 2024, we met with them and used our knowledge of old-fashioned and new chatbots to discuss how the latest generation of chatbots (conversational AI) could answer visitor queries fluently in their own language, employing the “voice” that LifeMed uses with their customers in person.
We built this Conversational AI and jointly tested it to LifeMed’s satisfaction.
With the chatbot now live on site, we’ve started our approach to answering their second challenge by launching a well-executed SEO strategy in October 2024, including:
- Lead nurturing services
- Updating their large website with full AI-powered SEO
- Google Ad Words campaign
- Email campaigns for new product and service lines
- CRM integration with their marketing automation software
It’s a large project and we’re excited to watch the results come through as we continue our partnership with LifeMed Institute.
