How Rotoplas Was able to Reach International Markets with a New Website.

The Challenge

Rotoplas is an international team of liquid management experts and the largest provider of tanks in the Western Hemisphere. They manufacture products in multiple locations throughout the U.S. and Mexico. Rotoplas USA also works closely with distributors to provide long-term and reliable support with on-site training and assisting with the final sale to the end-user.

Their brand is strong and well-known, in their industry, all over Mexico and the U.S. However, they still needed help to improve their international branding. Due to this reason, they reached out to us at ContentFirst.Marketing for help in accomplishing this.

Our Approach.

To start, Rotoplas needed a complete website makeover. That is why we used their original website as a reference, but made it look more modern and appealing to the international markets. Along with this, we included the full brandscript, foundation content, and ensured their overall international branding was attracting the right target market. We also created a unique search database which held all of their dealers – a “dealer locater.” This was to help their customers easily locate dealers in their area of the world.

Apart from this, we also integrated with their CRM (which is infusionsoft) for their email campaigns. This was to help keep track of new leads coming in from the nurture campaigns we created. Overall, we were able to help them with the following services:

Lastly, one interesting point is that we also had to deal with their international team, which is based out of Mexico. We did this to ensure that we had all of the correct colors, images, styles, content and other branding that was needed for this to be a successful international brand. Although these were the only services we helped them with, we are happy with the results. We look forward to working with them again in the future.
