Our last video showed you everything you need to know about Social Pilot, this handy, easy-to-use, and cost-effective tool to manage clients’ social media accounts.

In today’s tutorial, John walks us through a client’s experience with this software that centralizes creating, approving, and publishing social media posts. Using a real-time example, John shows us how a client sets up an account in Social Pilot and connects different social media channels to it.

By following these steps, a client allows a third person to manage his social media accounts through Social Pilot without having to share login and password credentials with anyone.

In addition to that, clients have access to every action from their social media manager, making the approval, scheduling, and even editing processes much easier and faster.

In the clients’ dashboard, it’s possible to access analytics and see all the queued, scheduled, unscheduled, published, and unpublished posts, making it an excellent tool for them to interact, update and follow all posts created on their behalf.

If you want to learn other functionalities of this fantastic tool for clients, watch the video until the end. How about you? Do you use any social media management tools? I’d love to hear about your experience. Please drop us a comment below and share your views.
